Optima has 3 branches in Wisbech, March and Chatteris. All our modernised offices are centrally located in the busy market towns. Our extensive property list ranges from luxury countryside houses to chic town centre apartments catering for a multitude of needs.
Optima is one of the first, possibly THE first, hybrid agents in the Fenland area offering a standard High Street service and an online service. The online market for selling properties is growing daily and we want to be able to offer seller’s exactly what they want so we have designed an online only package to sit alongside out standard and more traditional service.
What we believe sets Optima apart from the competition is that although split into 3 branches across Fenland we pride ourselves on being one single team. All properties are marketed in each office as well as on the internet and social media allowing us to get closer to properties for sale and rent throughout Fenland.
We believe that creating a family feel to Optima and building a relationship within the company reflects in our manner towards clients. Staff retention is very high and this continuity of staff provides even greater confidence in our service to those contacting our office.
We do not have separate valuers, negotiators and sales progressors and as a vendor, your first appointment will be with a member of our sales team who will be assigned to your property throughout right to the point of completion, always on hand to provide explanations and advice if needed. We will work together to sell or let your property and whilst you will have a local branch and team member dealing with your property on a day to day basis any member of our team will be happy to help you.
In October 2017 we further extended our service to provide EPCs in house by training an Energy Performance Assessor.
In May 2017 our March Branch received the Gold Award from British Property Awards for being the best estate agent in March. and Optima was finalist in the category of Medium Business in the Fenland Business awards in both 2017 and 2018.
