High Calibre of Tenants and Reference Process

We have a number of quality tenants registered including private, companies and corporate tenants, we also deal with insurance and relocation companies. Using an independent referencing company all tenants are vetted carefully and robustly giving peace of mind to Landlords. We can also offer Rent Guarantee Insurance subject to satisfactory references. All Right to Rent checks are carried out in accordance with the change in legislation introduced in February 2016.

Experienced Team:

All maintenance issues are dealt with in house avoiding expensive call out charges. We also have a team of decorators, plumbers and electricians on hand for advice and estimates. Maintaining a property effectively makes rent issues less likely and encourages your Tenant to remain at the property.

Prominent Town Centre Offices

Our offices are situated in prominent town centre locations, on the High Street, just off the Market Square in Wisbech, in West Park Street Chatteris, and our new high profile office opposite the Market Square on March High Street. All branches have been re-furbished to a very high standard to attract quality landlords and tenants.

Property Management

We currently fully manage over 650 properties for UK based and overseas Landlords.Full Property Management is the preferred service level for the majority of our Landlords, some of whom reside overseas or aren't local. Understandably some Landlords simply do not want any day to day involvement in the letting and management process. Our management service is also recommended for the busy individual who is not experienced in property management or familiar with Tenancy Law.

Our dedicated Team of experienced Letting Agents is supported by a fully computerised Accounts Department, and fully automated Management System ensuring:

  • Monthly statements
  • Payment of on-going bills
  • Account for necessary maintenance
  • Organising redecoration works and general property improvements
  • Carry out routine property inspections every 12 weeks, and supply a written report
