High Calibre of Tenants and Reference Process
We have a number of quality tenants registered including private, companies and corporate tenants, we also deal with insurance and relocation companies. Using an independent referencing company all tenants are vetted carefully and robustly giving peace of mind to Landlords. We can also offer Rent Guarantee Insurance subject to satisfactory references. All Right to Rent checks are carried out in accordance with the change in legislation introduced in February 2016.
All maintenance issues are dealt with in house avoiding expensive call out charges. We also have a team of decorators, plumbers and electricians on hand for advice and estimates. Maintaining a property effectively makes rent issues less likely and encourages your Tenant to remain at the property.

We currently fully manage over 650 properties for UK based and overseas Landlords.Full Property Management is the preferred service level for the majority of our Landlords, some of whom reside overseas or aren't local. Understandably some Landlords simply do not want any day to day involvement in the letting and management process. Our management service is also recommended for the busy individual who is not experienced in property management or familiar with Tenancy Law.
